Sunday’s game is a biggie. The Browns can vault into the first-place mix and the wider AFC discussion with a win. With a loss, winning the division becomes much more difficult and the wild-card race could become a lot more crowded. Entering the weekend, all four AFC North teams would be in the playoffs if the regular season magically fast-forwarded two months ahead.
There’s a lot of season left. There will be more big games, semi-defining games and games against quality competition. But let’s not run from the enormity of this one.
