Bratz Dolls, known for their passion for fashion, are celebrating early 2000s makeup trends through a collaboration with Colourpop. The collection, featuring pink, purple and glittery hues in frosted finishes, captures the Y2K-inspired aesthetic of Bratz, drawing inspiration from the brand’s original dolls: Yasmin, Cloe, Jade and Sasha.
The Colourpop x Bratz collection features the Girls Night Out Eyeshadow Palette with dramatic dark hues featuring duochrome and pearlescent glitter finishes, two vibrant BFF Liquid Liners in lavender and hot pink, Glitterally Obsessed Body Glitter Gel in bubble gum pink and lilac, and Individual Face & Hair Crystals for added sparkle.
The collection also includes the So Juicy Plumping Gloss, along with Lippie Kits inspired by Yasmin, Cloe, Jade and Sasha. The products are available exclusively on Colourpop’s website, with prices ranging from $9 for a lip gloss to $124 for the entire collection.
This launch follows Bratz’s “Mean Girls” collaboration announced on Sept. 25. Partnering with Paramount, the toy company released four limited-edition dolls inspired by Cady Heron and the Plastics: Regina George, Gretchen Wieners and Karen Smith, celebrating the film’s 20th anniversary.
The Bratz x “Mean Girls” collection debuts in three phases: the Cady Heron doll ($60) became available starting “Mean Girls” day, Oct. 3, the Regina George doll ($60) launches on Oct. 17, and the Gretchen Wieners and Karen Smith box set ($100) is available on Halloween. All dolls can be purchased at bratz.com.
The brand also recently joined forces with “Stranger Things” for a six-piece collection inspired by the Netflix series.
