Lucid acquires Nikola’s assets in Arizona

Lucid Motors has acquired bankrupt zero-emission truckmaker Nikola’s former production facility, headquarters, and development center in Arizona through a bankruptcy auction. The transaction, valued at approximately US$30m in both cash and non-cash considerations, remains subject to approval by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
