Manchester City talent Joel Ndala is to undergo medical today ahead of completing a move to PSV Eindhoven on loan with a conditional obligation to buy.
The winger, 18, is regarded among the most promising young players in Europe and PSV have beaten a host of suitors — including AC Milan — to his signature.
Ndala has four years left on his City terms but it is recognised he is now ready for regular senior football and he will join the Eredivisie club on an initial temporary basis for the 2024-25 season.
The move will then turn permanent — provided certain performance criteria is met — with agreement reached on a fee of around €7million rising to €10m and a contract running until 2029.
City will retain clauses enabling them to buy him back or earn a significant percentage of a future sale.
Ndala started at Port Vale before moving to City’s academy and is an England youth international.
