With Bala Bangles and More, Ralph Lauren Reimagines the Pink Pony Program and Collection for a New Generation


Ralph Lauren will introduce its 2024 Pink Pony campaign and collection, which aims to inspire consumers to be proactive about their health, including preventive cancer care, with a new campaign titled, “Live Well. Be Well.”

The campaign spotlights the stories of cancer survivors including college lacrosse player Chad Palumbo, author and basketball player Ronnie Laughlin, U.S. boxer Daniel Jacobs, model and rock climber Ash Foo, yoga teacher Mary Lou Burkhardt and skateboarder Cade Thompson.

The Pink Pony collection is refreshed in a new black and pink palette, and features a sporty selection of women’s, men’s, children’s and accessories including a limited-edition hard goods capsule with fitness equipment brand Bala.

“Nearly 30 years ago, Ralph Lauren launched the Pink Pony initiative to spark a conversation and galvanize action in the global fight against cancer,” said David Lauren, chief branding and innovation officer and president of the Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation. “Cancer affects everyone — whether you’re a survivor or have a loved one who has faced the disease — and this universal impact has driven decades of our commitment. With this year’s Pink Pony campaign, we aim to spark greater awareness and dialogue, especially of the importance of preventative care, and to inspire people around the world to prioritize their health and well-being,” said Lauren.

Ralph Lauren will donate 100 percent of the purchase price from the sale of the classic Pink Pony twill ball cap and the Pink Pony cashmere hoodie and 25 percent of the purchase price of all other products in the Pink Pony collection, including the Ralph Lauren Pink Pony x Bala capsule, to the Pink Pony Fund network of international cancer charities.

Within the U.S., donations from Pink Pony benefit the Pink Pony Fund of the Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation. All items will be available globally on Thursday in select Ralph Lauren retail stores, on RalphLauren.com, at Macy’s and in select global wholesale stores.

Throughout the year, Ralph Lauren will feature a series of activations to raise awareness and funds for Pink Pony around the world, including in-store activations as well as integration in Ralph Lauren’s iconic sports partnerships like Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. In recognition of Pink Pony, for the month of October, Ralph Lauren restaurants and Ralph’s Coffee shops globally will offer signature Pink Pony items with 100 percent of the purchase price going to support the Pink Pony Fund or a local cancer organization.

The specialty crafted dessert, “pink grapefruit tart with acacia honey cream filling and Champagne sorbet,” will be available at The Polo Bar in New York, RL Restaurant in Chicago, Ralph’s Paris and The Bar at Ralph Lauren in Milan. Ralph’s Coffee shops around the world will offer a signature pink “beet latte” in addition to offering pink Ralph’s Coffee logo sleeves on all drinks. The company’s flagships in New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills and Seoul will light up their facades in pink.

On Oct. 9, Ralph Lauren will open The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention at the University of Southern California, Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center (USC Norris), supported by a grant from The Ralph Lauren Corporate Foundation.

USC Norris, a part of Keck Medicine of USC, will be the first Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Prevention on the West Coast, deepening the company’s commitment to reaching more patients and communities that are fighting cancer for offering preventive services, treatment options and hope.
